Coronavirus - staying positive - the best initiatives from Hospitality world.

In hospitality we are known for reacting fast. One of our strengths is our adaptability. Despite the crisis that is hitting us hard, we are probably the best equipped for survival in this situation. We are also known for staying positive and for capability of growing roses of success from the ashes of disaster. It is truly inspiring to see how many restaurants have quickly re-focused and brought in services communities need the most now - food banks, grocery deliveries, free education, just to name the few. Big Hospitality has outlined few of the best initiatives from Londoners in one brilliant article. They have pointed out Zoe's Ghana Kitchen from Hackney who turned into community kitchen in times of crisis. UK distilleries came together to form 'Spirit of Britain' - an initiative to refocusing the production lines to hand sanitaser and distribute them to the public services that need it the most.
