Covid-19 - as the curve flattens, restaurants begin soft re-openings
As the infection rate and death toll curves started to flatten in UK, the hospitality starts coming slowly back to life. Over the past few days we have noticed many players sending people back to work and advertising their plans to re-open, however with limited services. Although most of the restaurant doors will still remain closed, the business plan to start slowly with the take-out and delivery services. Amongst those who are talking about getting back to service are Bao, Shepperds Neame, Shake Shack, Pret A Manger, Burger King, Krispy Creme, Nando's - just to name the few.
