Delivery is serious business

When Deliveroo first arrived in big cities, we got all excited as customers, but as restaurateurs and hoteliers we approached the delivery idea cautiously. Then the confidence in this solution grew, with many more third party delivery companies offering services, including those targeting high end, fine dining venues. It looks like this way of doing business has surpassed the stage of a trend and is now with us not only for good but will continue to grow and shape the restaurant sector in future.
