More relaxing option for you, a story of Gabriela Camara, who opened Contramar in Mexico City in 1998, and in 2015 she opens its sister restaurant, Cala, in San Francisco. A wonderful story, great and very watchable doc for a tired afternoon or evening with tapas and a glass of wine. For all who love to a restaurant success story that is intertwined with heat, sweat, hardship, passion and dedication. You will also get a bit of waiters talking, because restaurant is the people that create it. As any Netflix doc, the great cinematography and soothing music helps.
