London Restaurant Opening - XR and Xier

The newly opened duo of restaurants have accounted very polarised reviews. Some slack the more casual and approachable XR, when others glorify the fine dining, tasting menu only Xier. The mastermind behind the concept is Chef Carlo Scotto, a Neapolitan who travelled through Scandinavia and Japan. The best representation of his personality and perfectionism is the Xier’s 10-course tasting menu. He serves things such as Rose cured salmon with foie gras, or black miso cod with duck and asparagus. Xier also offers the tasting menu for vegetarians, which is great!
