People and Culture - Fewer teenagers are entering the workforce

Many of us in the hospitality industry are now brainstorming new recruitment strategies for the years to come, as it is quite obvious our sector will face challenges after new Visa laws will be introduced following Brexit. The other challenge we have to face is the numbers of young people who are willing to work in hospitality, the increasingly fall. How can your restaurant adapt?

There are many things to consider, but we all need to start with understanding the young generations' challenges today, before we can create a great environment for them to work at. In today's world there is much more expected from young people, college is perceived as must, restaurant and hotel jobs are not seen as careers. How to answer to all those issues?
