This past month, we have been showing you the examples of restaurants that break the rules and climb highest mountains of culinary perfection. As we are entrepreneurs and restaurateurs, we always seek new concepts and ideas for our new projects. Toast tab blog team have put together this funny compilation of ideas. Not all of them rock our boat, after all we would not hire robots to do the cooking (they have no taste buds, and can not make intuitive mistake that come up as accidental moments of genius minds), and we are not yet ready to turn all the lights off, but we do agree in quite a few points.
