Restaurant Opening - El Camino at Cotton Factory in Manchester Whitworth Locke
We have been busy and can finally share with you the effects of our work. Our latest project is the new restaurant concept we have brought to Whitworth Locke aparthotel in Manchester. Last year, we have opened a pop up bar, The Conservatory, in the beautiful atrium of the hotel.
This year we have settled in with the bar, and now have also taken over the restaurant. We have created a funky place with an open kitchen, the counter is decorated with old school plastic tape cassettes, we have a slight industrial feel with naked brick walls and stainless steel tops, which we warm up with jungle of live plants. We can seat 78 guests and few more at our counter. We also have a private dining room and a buzzy bar area. Cotton Factory is a new concept, where we will be inviting different chefs to run the kitchen as a pop up and we are planning on hitting Manchester with culinary experiences from all over the world.
We are starting with the Mexican treat from El Camino, and we have opened the doors today. We have the classics such as tacos, quesadillas, corn chips but also serve steak and fish. We also have a great selection of Mexican inspired cocktails, and few beers from the region too. El Camino is already known to fans of Mexican spice. The have already run a successful pop up at Urmston earlier this year. The team behind the flavours got famous with their beer and BBQ joint Get Chucked. If you are in Manchester don’t miss out on this awesome treat. We are still serving discounts as a part of soft opening, and we are offering the promotional discount of 50% of the food.
