Restaurant Opening London - Trivet

The long anticipated opening has finally happened. The ex Fat Duck heroes - Master Sommelier Isa Bal and Chef Jonny Lake have combined their powers and came out with this informal but quality driven place. Trivet is located in Bermondsey, in the fast emerging new London foodies' hub. The menu shows dishes like red mullet with pici pasta or veal sweetbreads with raw mushrooms for starters, salt steamed turbot or pigeon for main, and gianduja fondant for dessert. Wine selection travels from well known regions to places that just started emerging on connesaires maps, such as Armenia, Turkey or Georgia.
