Moving back to mid eighties, and looking at what others imagined future to be like, we sometimes laugh, sometimes we might be a bit spooked at how things have developed. In Hospitality, quite a few things were (kind of) predicted - like voice ordering, for example. Since 2017 some of the hospitality technology companies were working on AI digital assistants, but they always hit the wall when it came to functional, easy, seamlessly operating data integration.
